The Texas Public Policy Foundation came to the Patriot Group's Online Division wanting a one-stop online destination for transparency in the State of Texas Budget. We designed, developed and built TexasBudgetSource.com, an online portal that provides a single source for information on state and local budgets and spending bringing greater transparency to government spending.

TexasBudgetSource.com not only provides links to existing publications and data released by state agencies and local governments, but also provides unique analysis that puts government budgets and spending in context.

At the site, Texans can find easy-to-understand break downs of how their state and local governments are allocating their tax dollars using intuitive graphs, charts, and videos. Texas Budget Source also provides links to school district's online check registers, enabling parents to see exactly how their child's school teachers and administrators are spending their money.
