Marc Levin

Marc Levin is an attorney, government affairs consultant, and public policy analyst. Levin has advised numerous clients on Texas and federal election laws and has represented corporations, associations, and individuals before federal and state courts, the Internal Revenue Service, state agencies, the Texas Legislature, and the Austin City Council. An expert on criminal justice, he has published dozens of studies, reports, and articles on criminal laws affecting businesses and individuals.

Levin brings firsthand knowledge of the legal system to his work, having served as a law clerk to Judge Will Garwood on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Staff Attorney at the Texas Supreme Court.

An accomplished author, Levin's articles on law and public policy have been featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, National Law Journal, New York Daily News, Jerusalem Post, Toronto Star, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Philadelphia Inquirer, San Francisco Chronicle, Charlotte Observer, Dallas Morning News, Houston Chronicle, and San Antonio Express-News.

In 1999, Levin graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas with a B.A. in Plan II Honors and Government. In 2002, Levin received his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law.
